The location is great for getting around Chicago. Two train stations that are each 2-3 blocks away. The rooms are clean, decent sized, and comfortable. The hotel bar is a great place to reset mid-day with beer or coffee. It has a laid back feel around happy hour/dinner. but does seem to have a night club vibe later.

We were a group 0f 15 family members staying in 5 rooms that were located at different floors, and we all liked the rooms, but what was amazing was how much the staff was willing to accommodate to our needs in order for us to be able to enjoy my daughters graduation. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that I know is traveling to Chicago.

Nothing, customer service was horrible. We did late checked in and already so tired and when we open the we saw dirty socks!!! Dirty socks!!! Unbelievable and we called front desk and they said sorry to hear it but no one here to change the sheet!!!! We have to sleep on the dirty bed very disrespectful And in the morning we mentioned again and they did not apologize!!!

Very clean, great room, quiet especially for a Saturday night, hopping club n 4th floor (I didnt go but sounded fun!) and the best pillows ever
